Scalar is a pre-launch project developed by Phronesis Labs. The network described on this site is under development and is not operating as a public production network.

Descriptions of architecture, roles, validation, provenance, Cortex, applications and economics describe intended design. They are not descriptions of live functionality unless explicitly labelled as such.

No Scalar token currently exists and none is offered, sold or distributed.

There is no public token sale and no presale. There is no announced exchange listing. There is no public staking program and no token mining rewards.

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer, solicitation or invitation to buy or subscribe for any token, security, financial instrument or investment of any kind, in any jurisdiction.

Participation in Scalar testing, registration of interest, use of NeuroTrader, EventEdge, EventEdge TV or Perpetuals, or participation in community activity does not create any right, entitlement or expectation of future Scalar tokens, allocations, rewards or benefits.

No retroactive rewards are promised. Development and test networks may be modified, paused or reset at any time, and any test state may be destroyed without compensation.

Statements about future development, phases, decentralization, participation, integrations or economics are forward-looking and subject to change.

Final network economics, token functionality (if any), distribution architecture, eligibility criteria and jurisdictional availability remain subject to technical completion, security testing and legal review. Any of these may change or may not occur.

Descriptions of ecosystem applications, including any trading-related application, are provided for context only and are not recommendations.

Phronesis Labs does not request funds, seed phrases or wallet approvals in connection with Scalar.

Scalar is a separate project from NeuroTrader and other Phronesis Labs applications. Those applications may become consumers of Scalar network services in future where technically appropriate.

References to those applications do not imply any live integration with Scalar today.
