Is there a Scalar token?

No. No Scalar token exists, and none is offered, sold or distributed. There is no public sale, no presale and no announced exchange listing.

Can I buy in early or get an allocation?

No. There is nothing to buy. Anyone offering you a Scalar allocation, presale slot or early token is not acting for this project.

Question 3

Will testnet participation earn me tokens later?

Accepted Answer

No retroactive rewards are promised. Participation in Scalar testing, NeuroTrader, EventEdge, EventEdge TV or community activity creates no right to future tokens, allocations or rewards.

Is Scalar the same thing as NeuroTrader?

Accepted Answer

No. Scalar is a separate project developed by Phronesis Labs. NeuroTrader is an application that may become a consumer of Scalar network services in future; it is not the network.

Is the network live?

Accepted Answer

No. Mainnet has not launched and there is no open public testnet. Internal, tokenless testing is in development under company-controlled coordination.

What does Proof of AI actually prove?

Accepted Answer

That specified work was performed, that evidence of execution was recorded, that independent validators tested it and that the outcome — including disagreement — was recorded. It does not prove that an answer is objectively true.

Is Scalar decentralized today?

Accepted Answer

No. Coordination is company-controlled in the current stage. Decentralization is a staged process with conditions, described on the network page.

Can I run a worker or validator node?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. Worker and validator registration are not open. You can register interest to be contacted if controlled testing widens.

Can I build an application on Scalar?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. Developer access is not open. The build page describes the intended job-specification interface so you can judge whether your workload would fit.

Is any of my data used to train a model?

Accepted Answer

Cortex assembles accepted work into permissioned context governed by job policy. It is not an unrestricted pool of participant data, and nothing described on this site is operating on a public network today.
